  • WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    2. Payfast: We use Payfast as one of our payment options, Payfast offers a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface.
    Instant EFT: Instant EFT enables buyers to make payments with traditional internet banking with SA’s four biggest banks. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosing of financial information.
    Credit cards: Local and international credit cards, with a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect you against chargebacks.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Unfortunately we do not ship outside of South Africa

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Courier (MDS Collivery) –  Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you an e-mail telling you when you can expect delivery. Also MDS Collivery will send you emails on your delivery status.
    Post Office/Speed Services – Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details, You can track the parcel online on the speed services website (http://speedservices.co.za/help/trackandtrace.html).

  • WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    The courier guy – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout.
    Post Office/Speed Services – We deliver to your nearest Post Office, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout.

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

    We offer Free Delivery on all orders greater than R1200!
    For orders less than R1200 the delivery fees are:
    The Courier guy – R99
    Post Office/Speed Services – R79

  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY NORMALLY TAKE?

    Courier  – Delivery is normally next business day if we receive the proof of payment before 11:00AM, outlying areas might take a bit longer.
    Post Office/Speed Services – If we receive payment notification before 11AM the parcel should be delivered within 24 business hours, outlying areas might take a day longer. Please do not wait for the Post Office to notify you that the parcel is available, go to the counter with your tracking number.
    We do not deliver on weekends.
